Can not print a word file

I have a problem is can not print word file using Spire.Doc.
Do you have any suggession for this?

Thanks for your inquiry.
I did an initial test with the latest Spire.Doc Pack(hot fix) Version:8.3.15, but found the file your provided could be printed normally. If you are using an old version, please download the latest version and try again.
If there is still any issue, please provide your full code, your printer name and your testing environment information, such as OS information (E.g. Windows 7, 64bit) and Region setting (E.g. China, Chinese) for further investigation. Thanks in advance.
