Spire.PDFViewer is a powerful PDF Viewer component for .NET. It allows developers to load PDF document from stream, file and byte array.

Testing our application on Win-8 x64, we found the following issue with Spire.PDFViewer:
When using the vertical scrollbar of the viewer component and scroll up *or* down with increased speed (using the mouse wheel), we will *always* get an "arithmetic overflow" exception.

We can ignore the exception and the application including Spire.PDFViewer will continue normally.

It will not happen on Win-7 32-Bit and it will not happen, if we scroll the mouse-wheel only very slowly.

Hi KnappsteinTrial,

Do you mean that it will not happen on win7 32-bit and on win8 x64 if you scroll the mouse-wheel very slowly? Is your testing application Winform or WPF? Could you provide us with your test pdf file for us? Thanks.

Thanks and best regards,
Amy

Hello Amy,

it does *never* happen on Win-7 32-Bit, no matter how fast we are scrolling
it does *not* happen on Win-8 64-Bit, *if* scrolling is done slowly.

I did not test on Win-7 64-Bit, but can still do and report back next week.

Application is WinForms, .net 4.x

thanks,
André

Hi André,

We have done many tests on Win-8 x64bit and Win-7 x64bit, all test pdf documents run smoothly in viewer. We have known that you are busy in others work at present. If you will try to do more tests, please use Spire.PDFViewer Pack Version:1.6. The downloading link is http://www.e-iceblue.com/Download/downl ... t-now.html.
If you still encounter the problem when you test spire.pdfViewer, please provide us with your test documents. So that we can reproduce the problem, and work out a solution for you.
If you also encounter others problem, please don't hesitate to contact us.
