Allow users insert image in pdf

Hi,

I am evaluating your solution to allow my clients to sign a document. There is no problem with the digital signature, but some of them do not have one.
Can I display a dialog box to insert an image with the signature scanned in a pdf document from an action or similar when clicking on a field in the document?
(I can use vb.net or c # interchangeably)
