Hi there

We are using your pdf library with great success where we generate form fillable pdfs for users to complete 'out in the field'

We have ipads that are shared resources, so are used by many different people. We can use the fill and sign when a user needs to sign a document, but because the signature needs to be preconfigured to be used, it doesn't work so well on a shared ipad.

Can you recommend any other way we can have users sign their name in an input on a pdf document generated via spire.pdf (asp.net), and then opened on an ipad?

cheers

Steve

Hi Steve,

Thanks for your inquiry.

Sorry, I'm not particularly clear about the business scenario you describe. The following is what I understood and don't know if it is correct.

You have a mobile application (running on an ipad) and a server with asp.net as its development platform. iPads will be available to different users.
The user will use the app on the iPads to fill a PDF form you have prepared in advance. After that the user needs to sign their name in the PDF. And you need to combine the user's signature with the user's completed PDF and generate the final PDF. Finally the user will open it in the ipad.

If there is any misunderstanding, please describe it in more detail, it would be better if you could give some examples. Thanks for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Andy
