Hi,

Thanks for your information.
What are the parameters when you call the method "AddStamp" especially string DataSourceStamp and string Stamping? I wrote some string and then got a blank result while your issue was that 3D PDF Messed Up. Could you please provide the output file you got and the code how you invoke the method AddStamp or full code which could reproduce your issue directly?

Besides, I noticed the file you provided is not the same as the file showing in the first post. Please also have a check.

Sincerely,
Betsy

Hi,

I just sent an email with 2 3D PDF files attached to it so you can use it to test.

Spire PDf version: 5.12.15.2040.

Thanks
Thank You

Hi,

I also tested with newer versions of the API the result was a figure rather than a 3D PDF.

Thanks
Thank You

Hi,

About the parameters for the method you can use any string, makes no difference.

Hello,

Thanks for your sharing.
According to the information you provided, now your main issue is that the output file loses the 3D effect, right?
Kindly note that the method “page.CreateTemplate().Draw(newPage, new PointF(0, 0));” you used doesn’t support 3D images at present. Therefore, the 3D image will lose its 3D characteristics and become a normal 2D image.
If there is any question or misunderstanding, please get it back to us.

Sincerely,

Hi,

How should I do with 3D PDF's? The Spire PDF API doesn't support 3D PDF's at all?

Thanks
Thank You

Hello,

Thanks for your response.
Currently, our Spire.PDF supports loading and saving documents containing 3D images, and also supports embedding 3D images (How to Embed 3D Interactive Graphics into PDF Document in C#, VB.NET). But as I mentioned earlier, the method CreateTemplate doesn't support 3D images yet.
However, we are considering adding it as a new feature into our upgrade list with the ticket number SPIREPDF-3118. If there is any good news in the future, we will let you know. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Sincerely,
Rachel
