Hi,

I have a pdf exported from Crystal Report.
The pdf file exported is fine when opening in Acrobat Reader,
But when viewing in the Spire.PDFViewer the first page is grey.
This is hapenning in the registrated version and did not happen on the unregitered previous version.
It does not happen on all exported documents, for now just in this one,
It is different from the other because it is a 2 A3 pages and not A4.
Attached the screenshot.

In addition I have tried to use the PDFViewer.Document.Print method and failed.
I have open a print dialog the took the PrinterSetting and applied it to the PDFViewer PrinterSettings object
however it did not print the file when I sent it to printer or OneNote.

Thanks for your inquiry.
Regarding displaying problem and printing problem you encountered, we have done some tests, but don't reproduce your problem.
Could you please provide us with your pdf document? It will help us reproduce your problems and solve them soon. Thank you!
Is Ahmad Abuleil your colleague? We just receieved an e-mail from Ahmad and the e-mail's subject is Spire.PDFViewer for Forms. Are your problems are same?

Hi, Amy,

Yes Ahmad is my Development Team Leader.

I just sent Eric an EMail with the original pdf file and the code we are using.
This is clearly an end case issue since it's only happening in this type of page size of A3 so far as we notice.
Hope you can reproduce this problem and fix it soon since our customers are waiting on this feature.
