Merge Duplicate pdf

Hi my name is Marcos,
in using the function for merge pdf in one file , but the last pdf file is duplicate in merge.
sample:

merge pdf's:
pdf1 + pdf2 + pdf3

result merge :
pdf1_pdf2_pdf3_pdf3
