Hello,

We do understand your situation, however I am afraid, at the moment we can't provide you the ETA. I asked our development team about your issue and I am afraid they are unable to commit any ETA at the moment. The underlying problem here is very complex and this needs more time for analysis. Once the issue is analyzed, we will then be able to provide you the ETA.

Thanks,
Gary

Hello,

Thanks for your waiting.
There are some update on the issue from our Dev team that it only gets resolved for the large html file when use IE8 in the computer, in IE9 or above, at present it might not be able to fix as our Spire.Pdf relies on IE in html to Pdf conversion and we couldn't control the IE engine. You could open the html file use IE11, even in which the file is also not displayed completely. So we recommand you used the QT plugin, although its size is near 53 MB, the result file after conversion is smaller.
In the future we will not rely on IE at all.
Thanks,
Gary
