Hi..
i would like to buy spire.doc to convert documents to pdf on server.
does it requires MS office on server?
what is the cost of this component?
i need to test on my server.
so could you please provide the dll files to implement our own application to test?

You need our Spire.Doc Pro Edition to have the function of convert word documents into PDF file, and it costs $799. Please download Spire.Doc Pack 5.2 from the following URL and install it to get Spire.Doc.dll files. There is no need to install MS office on server. It is totally independent.

what about the standard edition?
if i buy a product, after one year, shall i need to be renew it compulsory?
i need to use this on my website?
my clients were using my websites see the documents in server.
so i need to convert documents in server to pdf to view in pdf viewer.
if one year validity is over, will component not working or produce any probelms?
because, i dont need any further new features. so i wouldn't like to renew it.

Yes, you need to use license on your website.
Standard edition doesn't support to convert word documents to pdf and other conversion features.
After one year, If you don't want to upgrade to the latest version, you can keep using your license as long as you can.

For viewing pdf function, you can try our Spire.PDFViewer(http://www.e-iceblue.com/Introduce/pdf-viewer.html).

Hi,
thanks for your reply.
I am using trial version
when i save one document which is in size 56KB to PDF format.
it takes too long time. it doesn't throws exception anything else.
but it doesn't stop the process.

also in output file it shows some text as warning.
if we use after buy this component, will the text be removed automatically?

Hi,

I sent mail on Friday regarding PDF conversion issue.
Still I didn’t get any reply for that.
My issue is:
When I try to convert one document , the process was going on for long time.
Its not stop the process or move to next one or throws any exception.
