cannot use Spire.Xls and Spire.Doc in the same app

We ran into a problem using Spire.XLS and Spire.Doc at the same time, we want to convert excel file to pdf, to do that we need to reference the Spire.PDF.dll file from both the Spire.xls and Spire.doc to our project.
But which is not possible as both files have the same name. How do we solve this?
