overflow exception on save

Hello,
i'm trying spire.xls.
I'm copying data from a sheet to another sheet of the same workbook
when I save, the following error appear: "Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow."
there are no divisions, only sum. all numbers are small (0-1000)
i check that all cells contain numbers. there are no blank cells.
have you any suggestion? how can I find error?
