Spire.PDFViewer is a powerful PDF Viewer component for .NET. It allows developers to load PDF document from stream, file and byte array.

Hello, I'm testing the component in the trail version.
I have a pdf file that was exported from a Crystal Report file in which some data is loaded from a dataset.
The export to pdf is working fine and when opening the file in Acrobat Reader I can see all the data exported.
However when I open the pdf file in the Spire.PDFViewer some data and text seem to be missing.

I have a feeling that this might happen because it is a trail version and not a registered one.
It is our intenstion to buy this component if this issue will be resolved.
Please look at the attached files and see if you can help.
Thanks,
Efi Gabay.

Hi Amy,

Yes I can send you the original pdf file, however pdf file attachments are not supported in this forum.
Where else can I send the file?
Do you have an email address for tech support?

Best regards,
Efi

Please inform this list if the issue is fixed.
We are also using Crystal Reports to generate PDFs and would rely on a solution of the problem before we can use Spire.PDF in production environment.
