We are evaluating Spire.XLS to replace our current excel-solution.

Charting, formatting, formulas and such are easily tested using the free edition and work just fine.

We've had problems with other excel solutions being incredibly slow with large amounts (>100k) of rows though so we would like to test that too.

The free edition seems to cap out at 200 rows though which is not enough to get any real data as the slowdown is almost never linear.

Is there any way to get like a temporary testing license or something so we can do a proper test?

Andreas Lundgren

Hello,

Thanks for you inquiry.
You could use the trial version of Spire.xls, in which there is no any limitation, it only has evaluation warning.
Sincerely,
Gary

Hmm Ok.

You link does not seem to point to a trial.

The page has these three:
* Spire.XLS Pack
* Spire.XLS for .NET Standard Edition
* Free Spire.XLS for .NET

One of these is a cleverly disguised trial?

Hello,

Thanks for your quick reply.
* Spire.XLS Pack
It is for users to have a free trial on Spire.XLS for .NET Pro Edition, Spire.XLS for Silverlight and Spire.XLS for WPF.
* Spire.XLS for .NET Standard Edition
It only can be used for .NET and doesn’t support conversion function.
* Free Spire.XLS for .NET
It is a totally free Excel component for commercial and personal use, and it has the limitations.
Please select the product according to your requirement.
Sincerely,
Gary

Ok,

So neither of those is a trial if I understand your answer correctly.

Could you point me to the link for the trial version then?
