The only difference between dev and prod is office is not being installed. The only reason why I'm bringing up office is MSHTMl.dll is required so I moved the dll from my local machine to the bin folder of prod. That seemed to work... however the pdf templates are way off in production compared to dev. Are there other dependencies we should know about?

Thank you for the fast reply. Turned out we needed to upgrade the IE installed on the server.
