Collapse or expand the bookmark in PDF starts to support in Spire.PDF 3.2.31

We are pleased to announce a new version-Spire.PDF pack hotfix 3.2.31 today. With the effort of our develop team, we add a new feature to allow developer to collapse or expand the bookmarks.
